2. The Podgy Pets are Copyrighted to The Cat's Whiskers, we made them ourselves, so please don't pass them off as your own, or distribute them on graphic sites or try to make a profit from them.

3.  Please do not apply to adopt a Podgy Pet, if your website contains any type of Pornography, Animal Cruelty, as your application will be ignored.
